Ink Wear offers customized pet products made using images submitted by you, the customer.

By uploading an image, you confirm that:

  • You own the image or have permission to use it.
  • The image is not offensive, harmful, or infringing any third-party rights.
  • You grant Ink Wear a limited license to use the image solely for producing and delivering your product.

2. 💳 Pricing & Payment

We offer a “Name Your Price” feature for select products. While we allow flexibility, we reserve the right to refuse pricing that’s below production cost.

All prices on the website are in Euro (€), and payment is processed securely through approved gateways.

3. 📦 Order Processing & Shipping

  • Custom orders are printed on demand and typically ship within 3–5 business days.
  • We offer shipping in India and internationally.
  • Delivery times vary based on location and courier services.
  • Ink Wear is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or customs.

4. 🔄 Returns & Refunds

Because all items are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival
  • There is a mistake on our part (e.g. incorrect product printed)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of damage or error. Refunds will be processed as store credit or replacement orders, as applicable.
